Harry Briggs, right, and Marcus Waley Cohen are building up a real following with their Firefly health drinks. They started off with four different varieties, including the popular Wake Up - which includes peach and green tea - and also make Detox, Chill out and Self Defence. This month they launched Sharpen Up and are preparing a limited edition Valentine's Day drink.

The partners, who met while studying at Eton, made it to the final of the Enterprising Young Brits last year, which had a huge impact on their business. Harry, 26, says: "It was a tough competition with so many good entries. The bes part of it was that it made us analyse our business and think about where we wanted to take it in the future. The plans we came up with then have all been put into action, and we're going from strength to strength.

The drinks are completely natural and the ingredients were devised working with experienced herbalists. They are sold in cafés, predominantly in London and the South East, as well as in Waitrose, Harrods and Selfridges. They are also sold internationally including in Denmark, Dubai and the U.S. The pair have almost trebled turnover in the past year from £25,000 a month to £70,000.
