"It's a detox for now and no siesta!"

 

Drinks company Firefly Tonics has refreshed its range of herbal drinks and added a new hangover cure formula.

 

It has replaced its Sharpen Up and No Siesta variants with a new drink, Detox, which has no added sugar and is caffeine free. Detox is a refreshing mix of lemon and lime with ginger and other herbs to "cleanse the system and clear the head after a heavy night".

 

Meanwhile, Firefly's peach and green tea Wake Up and blackcurrant, apple & cinnamon Chill Out drinks have been reformulated to be lighter and more refreshing, and contain less calories and a stronger herb formula.

 

The vibrant packaging has also been tweaked to make it easier to read.

 

Firefly launched its drinks to the trade last August after a successful stint in Harvey Nichols but the company said that consumers found it confusing to choose between the similarly named Sharpen Up, Wake Up and No Siesta variants.
