Andrew Chevallier has had a private Herbal Medicine practice since 1987, and has been senior lecturer in Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University since 1994.
He has been president of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, and Vice-Chairman of the European Herbal Practitioners Association.
He appears frequently on radio and television, and has published eight books, including the 1m-selling Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine, and the gorgeous recent Herbal Remedies.
Andrew recently remarked on the drinks: “It’s so nice to find a drink doing what I expect it to do because of the quality of what’s in there”.
Michael has 25 years' experience as a herbalist, and is an expert in both Western and Chinese herbalism. As well as his Cotswolds practice, he has been founder president of the European Herbal Practitioners Association, a trustee of the Prince of Wales's Foundation for Integrated Medicine, and he works with the House of Lords Select Committee on alternative medicine.
