Surf's up

What do Cornwall and Belgium have in common?

a) Chocolate?
b) Pasties?
c) Cool people getting the most out of life?

Hmmmmm, tricky (!), but no need to break the piggy bank and call some dodgy number to find out because all will be revealed... phew.

"Let's go surfing now, everybody's learning how"
Surf
Ever dreamt of effortlessly catching waves 'Point Break' style? Yup, us too... a lot.

Well we can't guarantee a surfers six-pack but we CAN promise you the thrill of surfing thanks to our super cool friends at Retallack in Cornwall.

Staying in one of their chic self catering cottages, you and a friend will learn to surf on the UK's first ever FlowRider wave. You'll be riding like an extra in a Beach Boy's video in no time.

All you need to do for a chance to catch that wave is upload your most energising photo here. See you in the surf...

Firefly's Marathon Man:
Stefaan
This month we're paying homage to Stefaan Engels who has taken on the inordinate challenge of running not 1; not 2; not even 43 but 365 marathons in 365 days! (seems like a Firefly a day gives some more 'get up and go' than others).

He's an inspiring guy with a simple message; dare to change your life. So we had to blow his trumpet today and say a special thank you for flying the Firefly flag on breakfast TV in Belgium.

Stefaan, we love you! Only 79 to go..... eek!

Thanks for staying in touch:
Mei
And remember if you're doing something adventurous for a good cause, please let us know and we'll send you some Firefly to keep you going!

All the best,

Harry & Marcus
Emma, Fred, Caroline, Richard and Julia.

P.S Congratulations to Mei whose 'Fireflies' photo won an exhilarating ice climb at Vertical Chill. (flattery really does get you everywhere).
