Our company began with just Harry & Marcus squashed into a little sweatbox on Kensington Church Street. In fact, it was so tiny, and sweltering in the summer, we spent most of our time in the local Caffé Nero or sitting in the park.
We have a bit more space now - we moved into a converted garage near Gloucester Road in 2005. And as there are now 9 of us in the team, that's no bad thing.
We try to focus on two things: developing healthy drinks using the best natural ingredients; and getting our message out there.
We don't have our own factory - we work with two bottlers in the North of England to do our bottling. But we do select all our suppliers, to make sure there's never a compromise on quality. We'll never put sugar or artificial ingredients in our drinks. And we want to be proud of every drink we make.
As people, the most important thing is that we keep challenging ourselves and loving our work. Life's short - there's no time for "can't face work today" days. And so far, it's been the ride of our lives...
